I have Celiac's disease, a genetic disease that causes you to be gluten intolerant. Because of that, I'm always looking for new ways to eat the foods that I love and miss in gluten free versions. Everything I'll post will be gluten free, but not all of it will be because there's anything special about it. Some recipes just don't involve gluten. :)
